After reading the previous review with all 10's we were less than pleased upon our arrival to this old and small cramped RV/Trailer Park. However with that all said the park is well maintained and clean for its age and size. We were assigned a super site $52 with a concert pad, however the pad was just big enough for the picnic table the remainder of the site was dirt and gravel for the rig to be parked on. It had rained the day before and all the sites were muddy leaving large ruts when we pulled in to our site along with several others that came in at the same time, however a simply fix is to walk your site in advance of accepting the assigned site simply because of the wet conditions.

Nice out of the way location BUT VERY TIGHT SITES at lest you can hope the camper next to you does not have slide outs, and DO NOT bring anything over 40ft even if they tell you they can handle it!

Pricey for what's not offered, No Cable TV, No Local TV Coverage, no pool, sites are not level and all gravel, BIG RIG access is limited. This campground has potential because of its appearance and layout, but the usage of a "resort" projects higher expectations than what is currently offered.

Easy access for large rigs. Clean and well maintained. Sites are reasonable in size and width. 2/10 miles from I-75 yes there was some road noise but not too bad. The owners have a sign posted in the office IF temps are above 85 degrees expect $3.50 per day surcharge for electric, didn't get a chance to inquire but the sign speaks for its self. We will stay here again. Rates posted reflect Passport America discount.

Very nice location way off the beaten path (11 miles) and right on the Suwannee River. Easy access in our 45ft MH Very quite location large floating docks and boat ramp. Lots of shade trees which did not allow satellite access, but they have 19 channels on cable hookup. Cell coverage was 0-1-bar for both AT&T and VERIZON. The Wi-Fi worked more than adequately. I can only image that this campground is better suited for winter visitors (BUGS). The owner was polite but did not offer an escort to our site.. not a big deal but it would have been helpful. The campground was clean and very orderly each site was more than adequate and well maintained for a gravel and sand drive and sand rv pads. We will return again

Not recommended for short stay's (1-3 nights) this is a mobile home park and NOT A RESORT, extremely OVER priced.

Most of the park is just a paved parking lot. The site we reserved was beach front but were assigned an interior site instead :( VERY SMALL SITES and VERY CLOSE !! This place is way over priced even the electric and sewer hookups were backwards and unable to gain access sewer. Because of the small size we were unable to park our tow car at our site. This was our second and last visit... Disappointing experience.

Enroute to Red Bay, AL we found a GREAT spot most of the sites are PRIVATE with lots of shaded. Access was fairly good with exception of few low hanging limbs which were not a real problem for our 42ft bus. We were able to locate 4 sites where we were able get satellite reception otherwise local TV reception was fairly good and both cell phone & wireless internet cell coverage (National Access) was good using Verizon. The private setting and shade was a great spot and chance to wash the bus and tow car. The only draw back was no sewer dump at camp site and (50/amp) voltage was low during peak hours 4-7pm. but manageable.

No longer a KOA park, new owners. The entrance is not well marked and tight to get around in a big rig. The park needs some TLC but it appears the owners are working toward. There are a few spots with plenty of room for Big Rigs. WI-FI and Cable worked well at our site.

The park is well maintained but the sites are very small (narrow), cable TV was good if satellite doesn't connect, Cell phone coverage was good, however, in ROAMING mode on Verizon (USA). Air data card was all broadband coverage, No WiFi in park, additional $3 fee per pet. Easy access to mall and shopping, 2 blocks away. Recommend "Beach House at Dundarave Pier" for lunch ($18-25) or dinner ($22-35) great location & views along the waterfront just west of the park 3km.

Nice pull through and with wide slips and landscaping and easy access in and out. The pool and hot tub were very inviting and clean. The staff was helpful with maps and suggestions on things to see. It’s a 35 minute drive one-way to the caverns and about 45 minute drive to Sitting Bull Falls. We would stay here gain. Rate posted is net after 10% Good Sam discount.

Very nice place. Very easy to get in and around, most sites have some shade, and all have level concrete pads. Family friendly, well maintained, only downside was they charged for WIFI access @ $3.95 per day. When we were here the WIFI was down, seems like at these prices it should be included, as in comparison to other parks of like value and features. We would come back again, however just down the road 2 miles is another RV park worth looking into, “Admiralty RV Resort.” We drove thru and was equal in appearance to Blazing Star.

Very nice park directly on river for rafting and fishing, however the river levels were very high and dangerous for rafting up steam but down steam there was plenty of white water for all. The camp is broken up into two sections, RV and tents. The RV side was excellent, however the “White Trash Bash” (tent) was a sight to see mostly for the entertainment value for the adults. It was little difficult getting out of the RV park in a big rig with a dead end turn around instead of an easy exit loop, still a great place for the family and we will return again. PS… NO DOGS ALLOWED.

This was the only RV camp in Laredo area. The park was clean very little shade and some of the camp sites were directly on the lake/pond. Easy access for big rigs with tow car.

A bit small but well worth it. We stayed an extra night we were so pleased. Beach access across street and bay access on camp site.
